• I provide guiding, educational and organizational services focused on authentic experiences in small groups. Workshop implementation conditions The workshop is designed as an intensive photography experience in a small group with an emphasis on creativity, a personal approach and quality outputs. The workshop takes place with a minimum number of participants of 4 people, the maximum capacity is 9 photographers. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the program, timetable or locations depending on the weather or safety, but while maintaining the full content of the workshop. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, health complications, force majeure), the model, location or photo shoot may change. The workshop is not a technical course or a course for beginners. Participants should have basic knowledge of working with a camera and experience in photographing people. Participants agree to respect a professional and ethical approach to models, other participants and the organizer. Payment and registration Registration for the workshop is binding after paying the full price or a deposit (if so agreed). At most Photo events, a deposit of 50% of the total price is paid A registration confirmation email will be sent after registering on the website. Payment can be made by bank transfer (or another agreed method). A confirmation of payment is then issued (to a specific name). Failure to pay the balance by the specified date may result in cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund of the deposit Cancellation conditions Due to the nature of the workshop (booking of models, locations, accommodation and other services), the following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the workshop: 100% refund of the paid amount (or transfer to another date). Cancellation 15–30 days before the start of the workshop: cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop price. Cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the workshop: cancellation fee of 100% of the workshop price. You can find a substitute for yourself who meets the conditions of the workshop — in which case we do not charge a cancellation fee. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop in the event of failure to meet the minimum capacity, serious organizational reasons or force majeure. In such a case, participants will be refunded the full amount paid, or offered a transfer to another workshop. The organizer is not responsible for other costs of participants (airfare, accommodation, travel insurance, etc.). Copyright and use of photos Participants may use photos taken during the workshop for their own portfolio, personal presentation, social networks and non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of photos (advertising, sales, campaigns) is possible only after separate agreement with the model. Participants agree that selected photos from the workshop may be used by the organizer to promote workshops and educational activities, always with the author of the photo indicated. Personal data protection (GDPR) By registering for the workshop, the participant agrees to the processing of personal data (name, email, telephone) solely for the purpose of organizing the workshop and communicating with participants. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties or used for other marketing purposes without the participant's consent. The participant has the right to access, correct or delete their data in accordance with the applicable GDPR legislation. Definition of services Photography workshops are not a tour according to Act No. 159/1999 Coll. If the workshop includes accommodation, it is an individual tourism service. The workshop is an educational activity, not a travel package. Final provisions By registering for the workshop, the participant confirms that he has read these terms and conditions and agrees to them in full. The organizer reserves the right to update the terms and conditions, and for participants who have already registered, the terms and conditions stated at the time of registration apply.
