Terms and Conditions for Workshops
The workshop is designed as an intensive photographic experience in a small group with an emphasis on creativity, a personal approach, and high-quality outputs.
The workshop takes place with a minimum number of 4 participants; the maximum capacity is 9 photographers.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, or locations depending on weather or safety, while maintaining the full value and content of the workshop.
In the event of unpredictable circumstances (weather, medical complications, force majeure), changes to the model, location, or rescheduling of the shoot may occur.
The workshop is not a technical course or a course for beginners. Participants should have a basic knowledge of operating their camera and experience with photographing people.
Participants agree to respect a professional and ethical approach towards the models, other participants, and the organizer.
Payment and Registration
Registration for the workshop is binding once the full price or deposit (if agreed upon) has been paid.
For most Photo events, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required.
A registration confirmation email will be sent after registering on the website.
Payment can be made via bank transfer (or another agreed-upon method).
Subsequently, a payment receipt (issued to a specific name) will be provided.
Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified deadline may lead to the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a deposit refund.
Cancellation Policy
Given the nature of the workshop (booking of models, locations, accommodation, and other services), the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation of participation more than 30 days before the start of the workshop: 100% refund of the paid amount (or transfer to another date).
Cancellation of participation 15–30 days before the start of the workshop: cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop price.
Cancellation of participation less than 14 days before the start of the workshop: cancellation fee of 100% of the workshop price.
You may find a substitute for yourself who meets the workshop requirements — in this case, no cancellation fee will be charged.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop in the event of failure to meet the minimum capacity, serious organizational reasons, or force majeure.
In such a case, participants will receive a full refund of the paid amount, or will be offered a transfer to another workshop.
The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (flights, accommodation, travel insurance, etc.).
Copyright and Use of Photographs
Participants may use photographs taken during the workshop for their own portfolio, personal presentation, social media, and non-commercial purposes.
Commercial use of the photographs (advertising, sales, campaigns) is only possible upon a separate agreement with the model.
Participants agree that selected photographs from the workshop may be used by the organizer to promote workshops and educational activities, always with credit given to the photographer.
Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
By registering for the workshop, the participant agrees to the processing of personal data (name, email, phone number) exclusively for the purpose of organizing the workshop and communicating with participants.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties or used for other marketing purposes without the participant's consent.
The participant has the right to access, correct, or delete their data in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation.
Definition of Services
Photographic workshops do not constitute a package travel tour under Act No. 159/1999 Coll.
If the workshop includes arranging accommodation, this is considered an individual tourism service.
The workshop is an educational activity, not a travel package.
Final Provisions
By registering for the workshop, the participant confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and agree to them in their entirety.
The organizer reserves the right to update these terms and conditions; however, for already registered participants, the terms and conditions in effect at the time of registration shall apply.
